At last, our new album!

After years of promising ourselves we’d create another hypnosis album – we finally did it! A lot has changed in the years since we published Ambient Therapy vol. 1. We’ve grown older and wiser, we’ve discovered more inner positivity and love of life, and we have reached new levels of musical brilliance. Actually that last part belongs solely to Johann, the divinely inspired yogi musician who slaves long hours over his Mac and keyboard to create these pieces, while I sit back, uttering helpful and annoying observations on the quality of the output. Well, now the work is complete and I must say I think the product has reached a new level of heart-opening awesomeness. You can listen at the bottom of the page and see if you agree.

The rest of these words are Johann’s reflections on this album:

This higher dimensional music for reconnecting body and mind with the wholeness and abundance of spirit is influenced by timeless yoga meditation.

I based the album titles on a simple awareness of breath as a means to go within, into the sacred inner chamber, to connect it with higher self and universal consciousness, the source of all healing and well-being, in the body.

Track titles 1 – 3 are inspired by classic whole being bodymind meditation practices that utilize the breath to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and clear the mind. When body, mind and spirit converge with the mind focussed within, one may let go of business, thinking and emotion, to reveal a sacred inner space.

The title of the final track is Vajra. The word is found in Buddhism, as well as yoga, where it is associated with mantra, meditation and a meditation (asana) posture. Sonically, “Vajra” is ambient at low volumes; at higher volumes and direct listening, it has a rippling, sattvic (consciousness) stimulating quality.

The video below includes all 5 tracks on the album, edited as a single 20 minute composition:
